The majority of InScope's contracts have been in the areas of IT project management, program management, business and systems analysis, quality assurance testing and analysis, organizational change management, and IT security expertise. In each of these fields, we offer senior professionals who are certified and have more than 10 years of experience in their respective fields, with a track record of successfully completed engagements and a positive reputation in our industry.
InScope Project Managers provide expertise for managing all phases of a project or a program using industry standard methodologies. Our project managers are also adept at establishing and improving project processes in the organizations that they work in. They can readily work within the existing structure or guide teams using new processes and templates where needed. Typically, our project managers also have training in general business consulting and Organizational Change Management.
It is for excellence in project management that InScope is most well known in our industry. Our project managers have managed projects that have received several awards for excellence in Manitoba and in Saskatchewan.
InScope Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialists are certified in Prosci and typically familiar with a secondary or tertiary change management methodology. They specialize in change management strategy development and execution, communications, process and technology training, resistance management, post implementation reinforcement and benefits realization.
InScope Business and System Analysts work with your team and its stakeholders to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks associated with your current and potential future states. They design solution criteria and selection methods so you can be confident in your approach. They design the questions that cut through symptoms and get to the issues your team needs to address, and they lay out a path for collecting the needed information to move forward.
Experienced analysts know that a working product is more than just a set of features. They know how to gather and document even the unstated business needs. These include performance and capacity, security and recoverability, scalability, user experience and more.
InScope also offers, at more affordable rates, project administrators and technical writers. Project Administrators are typically graduates of a 1-year University level certification project management course and have work experience in project management adjacent activities. These are administrative professionals who are familiar with the project lifecycle and project management methodology, but often play a support role, such as project accounting or coordination.
Lastly, InScope offers, when available, developer resources, database and architecture resources, and security specialists.
InScope resources make use of appropriate methodologies in completing their assignments. For example, project managers will use PMI or PRINCE2 standards and waterfall or agile methodology. Business analysts will use BABOK standards and various business methodologies. Change managers will use Prosci ADKAR or similar approaches. All of our resources are familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and many are ITIL certified.
Security resource standards and methodologies vary on the needs. We have resources with ISACA certifications and experience in cyber security audits and IT Risk. Since there are a wide variety of potential security-based compliance standards (PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 etc.) we endeavor to provide resources with the experience and certifications to match the need for the project at hand.
We commit to helping our customers succeed by providing industry-leading experts that deliver solutions with excellence, integrity and quality.
